Not sure why this person seemed offended when I inquired about them sharing my phone number over the chat. The last time I shared my phone number online, I received a barrage of phone calls from other parti about them sharing my phone number over the chat. As soon as I opened the chat I was transferred to a sales agent, although I only wanted to ask a few questions. They were adamant about getting my phone number. I asked if they were going to sell my phone number and she responded "Excuse Me?" Then no further response. Total turn-off before I could get my foot in the door. If I can build my vehicle with another dealership, I will. I've given Mazda of Roswell 3-stars since I haven't gotten very far with them all because of their "brand ambassador." Also, I answered "yes" but I'm neutral about recommending this dealership until I have experienced working with the sales and finance teams. More

Tried to sneak all kinds of xtras into my paperwork and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Lied about the warranty coverage. Told me they would ship the car then last min tried to convince me to come get it. The finance guy Louis is a huge condescending weasel. Make sure u get everything in writing from day one so they can’t pull a fast one on you. Or better yet never go here. I wish they would have shown their true colors before they put the hard hit on my credit bc I would have walked away. More
I purchased a new car but the process was troubling on many fronts. I will share only one example-- I was asked to give $1000 deposit "to locate a car." I was later told they did not run my credit card as they found a car that was being delivered. I asked twice to confirm my credit card was not charged and told not to worry. The reason I asked twice is this charge did not show up in the settlement papers nor were any receipts provided. To my surprise when my credit card statement arrived-- there was that $1,000 charge to my account! After numerous phone calls, I did get this charged removed--- But, I must say this and other little finaglings has left a bad taste. More
