I bought my Mazda CX9 and I love it. The vehicle is comfortable for driving long distances, it has a lot of room in it, and it handles very well. I bring it in for servicing and the staff is very polite and has the vehicle ready when stated. I have already recommended Mazda to my friends. People approach me all the time and ask how I like the vehicle and how does it drive. I would not want any vehicle but Mazda. Keep up the good work Mazda. More
I bought my Mazda3 here. I did my research, created a spreadsheet for my handlheld with all the options & prices so I could calculate on-the-fly & keep up with the professionals on the showroom floor. I spreadsheet for my handlheld with all the options & prices so I could calculate on-the-fly & keep up with the professionals on the showroom floor. I worked with Aaron, who was straightforward and agreeable and to make a long story short I got precisely what I wanted and paid as-near-as-makes-no-difference what I projected they would take for the vehicle. Look, they wouldn't have sold it to me if they were going to lose money on it so if you want to argue that all my spreadsheet estimates were too high (they weren't), let's take it offline somehow. Bottom line is that I got the deal _I_ wanted and I _still_ feel good about it. I referred a colleague to Aaron & the result was another satisfied customer for Mazda of Roswell. One word describes the service department: excellent. Notably: schedules met, repairs done right, no quibbling about warranty work, mechanics appear glad to come out and explain to you what is going on, proactively check & repair warranty items that I may have not known about - and their prices are not out of line with other shops. I always get a direct call from _Mazda of America_ after a service event asking for feedback. I always tell them that I feel like either their best customer, their favorite customer or their only customer and that it doesn't matter which one of those you pick from. Mazda has sent me two repair recalls and these are the final reasons that I love the experience I've had owning this car. The problems have been identified, repair plans implemented, notices sent out, corrections made and follow-up surveys conducted promptly. Compare this to the experience that the world's #1 & #2 automakers have had with defects recently (no need for names, you know who they are). I've owned cars from both and won't own another. This is my second Mazda the first was totaled in a wreck and replaced with an inferior product from another manufacturer. I won't make _that_ mistake again. Zoom-Zoom forever? Oh Yeah! More
I contacted Aaron two weeks before my current lease expired and told him my time-frame for leasing a new CX-9. He contacted me the same day just to say he had my request, etc. He stayed in touch with expired and told him my time-frame for leasing a new CX-9. He contacted me the same day just to say he had my request, etc. He stayed in touch with me via email until the time to lease. He worked with me on the lease payment, terms, mileage, etc. I threw them a lot a variables, and the pricing/terms ended up being very favorable. There was never any pressure from them, which is a big plus in my book. The day we took delivery, Aaron took all the time we needed to go over the features, including the navigation system. We never felt rushed after the deal was made, in fact, we feel very confortable going back in case we need anything at all. In my opinion buying a car can be one of the most stressful things there is. I've purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime, and this was no doubt one of the best, if not the best car buying experience yet. I highly recommend these folks, and when I need another car I will return. More
On Saturday, October 30, 2010; after agreeing on a final purchase price by email (in writing), my son and I went there to take delivery of his new 2010 Mazda 3. When we arrived we found out that the price h purchase price by email (in writing), my son and I went there to take delivery of his new 2010 Mazda 3. When we arrived we found out that the price had changed. Their new price was HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE! This was not the worst thing that happened to us at Mazda of Roswell that Saturday morning.... When I asked to speak with a manager, the dealership owner came over, looked at the file, then told me to "go to hell" because "he doesn't need my business". The following Monday, I wrote a letter to Mr. James O'Sullivan, CEO at Mazda North America, which I sent to their Irvine headquarters via FedEx; certain that I would receive a response. It has been almost 3 weeks, but I am sure they will respond any minute now..... More
I contacted Aaron through the Internet. He was the quickest dealer to respond directly, he also provide me a quick no haggle priced based off the information I gave him. After finally receiving other quickest dealer to respond directly, he also provide me a quick no haggle priced based off the information I gave him. After finally receiving other dealer quotes days later and way to much "get me in" tactics I was directed to sites like this with some negative reviews. I felt I needed to disclose this to Aaron since he had done so well. He pointed out that every dealer has someone unhappy just like every other business does. He also pointed out that very few people in the dealership had been there as long as the posted reviews. I then found through talking to him that one of the people specifically mentioned in some of the reviews was now the sales manager at Jim Ellis another local dealership. And the same sales person that directed me to that very review as a reason to come do business with him. After finding out this I decided to take the risk and come purchase from Mazda of Roswell. Aaron scheduled for me to meet with Charles who got me in and out quicker than any other car purchase I had ever made. He was nice and also knowledgable. Aaron met me afterwards to sync my phone and explain all the features. More than I had been shown during the test drive at a prior dealership. Just like most people I rarely write a review unless it's a negative experience. But after this experience I wanted to make sure I wrote a review for other customers. There are many tactics in the auto industry. And bad reviews can be used to mis lead you just like false" get me in the door pricing" and inflated "thought it was in better condition trade values". That's how carmax manages to sale used cars for $2000 more than the sane certified car at a regular dealership. Just playing on misconception and poorly informed customers. This was by far the best car purchse I have made and I have bought over 20 cars in my life. More

They actually care about customers. We've tried two cars so far, both used certified. The model we really liked had no power windows, so they agreed to install power windows without changing the price. By the time we were ready to go home they filled the full tank and gas. Thanks guys, it's a pleasure to work with professionals like you. More
I purchased a used car from Mazda of Roswell a couple months ago. Within the first 800 miles of me driving the car, I had over $2500.00 of repair costs. This car should have never been on the used car lo months ago. Within the first 800 miles of me driving the car, I had over $2500.00 of repair costs. This car should have never been on the used car lot to begin with... I don't know how they even got it to pass emissions. When I went back to them asking what they could do, they told me I could trade up for a new vehicle. I guess I would say the same thing if I was a salesman and looking to make money. This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. Never going back nor will I ever recommend Mazda of Roswell to anyone. More
NO DISCLOSURE; NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE? - I had a NO DISCLOSURE; NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE? - I had a $242 surprise waiting for me when I took possession of my car because it was only then that I f NO DISCLOSURE; NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE? - I had a $242 surprise waiting for me when I took possession of my car because it was only then that I found out that the vehicle didn't come with a 2nd set of keys. I have always gotten 2 sets of keys for my cars, and I gave them 2 sets for my used trade-in. By the time I find out there are no 2nd keys, I had already signed all paperwork for the loan. I later called the dealership after returning to see if the second keys had been located, and was told that they would "split it with me". I was very angry about not having the missing keys disclosed to me, and the service-oriented OWNER HUNG UP ON ME. His philosophy was that he didn't have to tell me the keys were not there; therefore he didn't provide false information about the keys. (can't you really lie by omission???) I feel this SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED AT THE TIME THE DEAL WAS MADE, considering the cost of the key. NEVER AGAIN. I wish i had read these reviews before buying here. More
When visiting with my family last weekend, Chris told us we could pick any vehicle we wanted and they could have it on the lot the next business morning. Also - his dealership is giving a $6,000 automatic d we could pick any vehicle we wanted and they could have it on the lot the next business morning. Also - his dealership is giving a $6,000 automatic discount on any CX-9 we purchase. After a week out the country I returned to Mazda of Roswell to buy my wife a CX-9. Unlike last week... - there's only one variant on the lot, and if I wanted the one my wife chose - it's out of state and would incur a delivery fee and additional mileage. What happened to select the one you want and it'll be ready next day? - the $460 'documentation fee' (I HATE these) turned into $750 - the $6k automatic discount automatically became $4k. This is completely misleading people. More accurately; lies. Zero integrity, poor sales tactics and shameful financial negotiation. Go somewhere else. More
After being shafted by Jim Ellis I went here and it was great. Free wireless internet and coffee. The techs are more than happy to take you into the bay and explain what they are doing to your car and why. great. Free wireless internet and coffee. The techs are more than happy to take you into the bay and explain what they are doing to your car and why. They even called me to remind me that I had a thread-bare tire that needed replacing. They fix things on the first try and do a good job. More
