Found Our Used Car Somewhere Else, but Highly Recommend! Our initial contact was with Aaron Gillison Jr. who was very polite and friendly. We were then introduced to Earl Davis, Jr. and Keith Thomas, made introductions and left in the very capable hands of Earl Davis. Initially, we thought we wanted a used CX7 but a freshly-traded-in CX9 came on the lot which Earl showed us after we looked at the CX7. After thinking about it a bit, the color scheme of the CX9 and our price range just didn't work for us so we ultimately bought elsewhere. From the moment we first started talking to Earl, it was clear that he is very knowledgable about the features of the different models and how they work and was able to correctly explain how things like low-profile tires affect ride comfort. Next time we are in the market, we would love to work with him again. More

Relaxed environment with attentive service Brought my car in for it's 10k mile service and while chatting learned that the Android Auto/Apple Carplay retrofit was available. They accommodated the installation and offered me a shuttle service since it would take a couple of hours. The car was ready earlier than they had estimated, which worked out great. The price for the oil change/tire rotation was reasonable. I marked down on the Price rating only because the price of the retrofit, which is a reflection on Mazda's oversight in this technology and charging for adding a feature that most competitors have had standard for the last few years. I was disappointed that it took 4 employees to find the black 2018 Mazda 3 that I was hoping to look at, but I’m glad that Anthony found it. It took about an hour and a half for the finance person to call me into his office to sign the paperwork and handle the payment, but I was told they only had one person because it was Sunday and they weren’t expecting so many deals to close. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend the dealership to others. More
