Installing CarPlay I had CarPlay installed in my Mazda-3. I have been waiting for this option since I purchased my Mazda in October 2017. Once it finally became availabl I had CarPlay installed in my Mazda-3. I have been waiting for this option since I purchased my Mazda in October 2017. Once it finally became available and we worked out the costs, I brought my car in and it took about 2 hours to install. Upon leaving, a service rep had me try it out before driving away. It did not connect so he immediately took it back to the garage to fix. It was corrected 30 minutes later and so far it is working quite well. More

However, I really have always felt like the service at this dealership is honest and the price isn't too bad. As a woman who knows she doesn't know things about her car, it's really important to me to feel like they're communicating with me and not just charging me for a bunch of things I don't need. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure. The waiting area is also pretty nice, there are snacks and drinks, free wifi and nice bathrooms, which meets all my criteria, anyway. Car Buying Experience My Mazda 6 was taken here to see if it was fixable. Sadly, the cost to repair the vehicle would of been more than the car was worth. It had a good run, being a 2010 with 191,000 miles on it. Connor was my go to while my 6 was in the service department and he was super helpful. This was my first major purchase. From service to sales or finance the team at Mazda of Roswell is simply the best! Aaron, Louis and Bell all made the car buying process painless. Aaron is highly knowledgeable and showed me things I never knew before. Bell was great as well! Louis did my financing and it was so easy. The best part about the team, is they follow up with you to see how everything is going and to make sure you don't need anything more. Overall, my car buying process was the best I could of hoped for. Mazda of Roswell now has another lifetime customer! More
