I gave Xavier a deposit on a used 2021 Land Rover and asked specific questions about the vehicle over the phone. The paint was in bad condition and many of the very specific questions were not answered honestly when I asked over the phone after further inspection. The tires were bald and needed replaced and overall the vehicle was in bad shape. I didn't buy the vehicle and asked to have my deposit refunded. It's now 2 weeks later, I've asked Xavier to refund my deposit numerous times and I had to go over his head to have the deposit processed. I'm still waiting. More

We were promised a price for a service that was not provided. Instead of being truthful that they had not fixed the issue and given us the other "as is" price promised, they took our money and did not provided.
