Dealer's offer changed twice with extra fees Despite making it clear at the beginning that I wanted to negotiate "Price plus tax, title, and license", with all dealer fees built into the price, t Despite making it clear at the beginning that I wanted to negotiate "Price plus tax, title, and license", with all dealer fees built into the price, the dealer brought in the doc fee on top at the end. They also did not tell me they built in a loyalty credit into the price, even though we never talked about it. So I had expected to use the credit to further reduce the price. Also, the finance guy asked me to sign paperwork that was $2,000 higher than the price I had agreed to. Good thing I was paying attention. More

Of all the cars I've owned before ...(and they have been from six different manufacturers) as I sat in the gorgeously remodeled waiting area & showroom I realized that my Mazdas have b ...(and they have been from six different manufacturers) as I sat in the gorgeously remodeled waiting area & showroom I realized that my Mazdas have been the most deeply satisfying of them all. I've never had a reason to _seriously_ question or doubt their quality & reliability and the staff in the Service Department take time to make sure it stays that way. They explain what I need to know, answer questions in detail and always make me feel like my Mazda ownership experience is _really_ important to them, like its in their DNA or something. My problem wasn't a severe or last-minute crisis by any means but that didn't prevent them from giving it the level of attention it was due - and then going beyond. I wish that things were like this everywhere, all the time. Does taking your Mazda for service actually cause you to feel good about the choice you made when you originally purchased it? If you take it to Mazda of Roswell for service, I say the answer is "Yes, it does." More
