Enjoyable car buying experience with Mack My parents and I came in to test drive a CX5 to get a feel for the car, since we were still shopping around. We were welcomed enthusiastically by Mac My parents and I came in to test drive a CX5 to get a feel for the car, since we were still shopping around. We were welcomed enthusiastically by Mack as we talked about potential trims and options that were available. After the test drive, we thought we had our choice but still wanted to test a few others before making the decision which Mack fully supported. As we went around to other dealers, not only did the other cars not hold up to the CX5 but no one even came close to being as genuine or friendly as Mack did. He was able to give us a great deal on the new 2019 Touring and even was able to accommodate us when we asked for a last minute switch to an AWD model. At the end of the day, Mack made an experience that is seen as tedious and drawn out as fun and enjoyable. I never felt pressured to add options I didn’t find necessary and really appreciate how straightforward Mack was through the whole process. Thanks Mack! More
