Phillip I was moving back to the US from abroad and in rather urgent need of a car. I am beyond grateful that my search took me to Mazda of Roswell. Phillip showed me the car and walked me through the process of purchasing it and getting a new driver license and tags in Georgia. The process was so smooth and he could not have been more kind or helpful. The incredible service did not end there. My new-to-me Mini Cooper experienced a slight hiccup four days after purchase with the original battery giving out. Even though I bought the car as-is with no guarantee, Phillip, Linwood, and Callie Noelle were so kind and gracious. They all helped resolved the issue. Overall, everyone at Mazda of Roswell is as friendly as can be. They treated both myself, my parents who came to help me move, and my dog so wonderfully. I would highly recommend working with Mazda of Roswell if you are in the market for a car. Thank you, Phillip, Linwood and Noelle. A big thanks from Charlie too. More

Christmas Present I conducted an initial research online to compare prices/dealerships for a used compact/mid-size car for my daughter. Mazda of Roswell seemed to have I conducted an initial research online to compare prices/dealerships for a used compact/mid-size car for my daughter. Mazda of Roswell seemed to have one of the best deals and selections, so I made an appointment via email with Deanthony Mitchell. He promptly answered all the questions prior to me coming onsite, and he was attentive to my needs. After looking through the used cars I was curious about some of the new cars they had, so I started asking about the prices and model options. After couple of back and forth with Deanthony and the manager (Clevelin) I was presented with an offer that I couldn’t refuse. It was below the KBB’s fair market range and Edmunds good deal range, and the overall negotiation process was great. I never felt pressured as they understood my needs and requirements. The financing portion was great also as Anthony guided each step with thorough explanation. The electronic table/board for the paperwork was efficient and great touch to the overall buying process. As you can imagine I have one excited/grateful daughter with her Christmas gift and a satisfied dad with the purchase and overall experience. More

To give context, I was about a month and a half into the car buying process and about 10 dealerships in and was running out of time and patience. Phillip quickly recognized my situation and accommodated me promptly. He was polite and professional throughout the entire process despite some of my lofty requests. He was never pushy about selling the car. We were able to agree on a fair deal on the CX-5 GT. I also wanted to comment on Phillip’s extensive knowledge and information he provided on the cars. He didn’t have to look up information on his smart phone everytime I asked him a question! Lastly, this dealership is one of the nicer and cleaner Mazda dealerships I’ve been to. More

She was impressed both with the vehicle and with Mr. Alvim’s attentiveness, character and forthrightness - and his desire to please her and answer all her questions. Subsequently, I visited the dealership to see the vehicle my wife liked. I met Mr. Alvim who reviewed the specifications and features of the CX-5 Grand Touring with me. He afforded me the opportunity to drive both the CX-5 and a CX-9 model. I was struck with the quality of the Mazda product to the extent that I elected to investigate purchasing a second Mazda CX-5 for myself. During this process, Mr. Alvim was exceptionally helpful, answering every question and presenting my offers to his management - sales manager Mr. Otis Flowers. We eventually arrived at an agreement on obtaining two 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring models - one for my wife and one for me. Then, during closing, Finance Manager Anthony Farber displayed professional knowledge and personal empathy as he provided me various financing options. I elected to lease both vehicles and I was very pleased with Mr. Farber’s engaging and caring demeanor that was displayed during the vehicle closings. Accolades go to Mr. Alvim and Mr. Farber who were the “face” of the dealership.
