The upfront service was good but the product itself and post purchase experience has been terrible. We are extremely disappointed in the service from Mazda of Roswell. The 2019 f150 which cost 31 thousand post purchase experience has been terrible. We are extremely disappointed in the service from Mazda of Roswell. The 2019 f150 which cost 31 thousand dollars. Has been in the repair shop four separate times since purchase. Ford has now quoted 12 thousand dollars for major motor repair and transmission replacement( due to metal found in fluid) and timing issues related to p0016 code. I understand we purchased as is and declined the extended warranty, but no reasonable person would expect to purchase a vehicle, used or otherwise, from a reputable dealership and spend this kind of money on repairs before we have even made it to the first oil change. I strongly believe and based on fords opinion that Mazda of Roswell misrepresented this vehicle, knew of issues and failed to disclose these issues. Looking at the timeline and vehicle history, the multiple sales at auction before arriving at Mazda of Roswell should’ve been a red flag. When we showed up for the scheduled test drive the battery was dead which we have learned can reset the adaptive shift tables and pcm/ecu clearing any permanent codes. Which would’ve temporarily calmed any shifting issues which in a short test drive would’ve not noticed. Then on pickup after purchase the battery was dead again which I assume was to clear any codes again. This vehicle is 46 days old to us and it unreasonable to incur a repair cost of 12 thousand or attempt to trade in for a significant loss with the now known issues. Our situation may be insignificant to Mazda of Roswell but is not insignificant to us. This is a terrible a representation for Mazda of Roswell. We would still like work with Mazda of Roswell to make this right. But i would warry be when purchasing any future new or used vehicle from this dealership. More
Mazda of Roswell is a very customer centric group, with all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loya all employees working to ensure we (the customer) gets the best experience. They are willing to work with us on options, financing, upfront with loyalty discounts and trade-ins. We had a small mix-up with the order, but all the team members of the dealership went above and beyond to correct it quickly and make us 'more than whole'. We feel like an extended family at this dealership, something I have never felt in any dealership before. They are also very digitally savvy and leverage digital tools extensively (comms, contract, signing etc). I would seriously recommend this dealership for your family needs. More
