I initially got scheduled with Xavier but because of family emergency someone else took me. The issue with Xavier, is I have been in contact with him via text. Throughout the correspondence, he would answer some questions and other he would give me information that I didn’t ask about. I also specifically asked him to send a link of the car this his manager was lowering the price on. Between Dec 28 2023 and Jan 2, 2024 I have sent him 3 text messages to send me the link of the car. No response. Until the third text, I finally just called and spoke to Brandon. He told me Jay would be calling me back. Never did. I called back to speak to Jay, he answered for 5 seconds and Xavier took over. At this point I no longer want to speak to Xavier. He refused to give the phone back to Jay. And I said if this is how you guys will treat customers, then I will go to a different dealership. His response was “that’s fine, I don’t want to deal with you anyways at this point”. So, this employee who supposedly got a lot of good ratings is willing to lose a customer because of his poor communication skills. And I for sure spoke to his manager about his way of speaking and willingness to lose customers. More
My child still not able to enjoy her first new car experience, thanks to Tytiana Sewell. Since my child purchase her car in February of 2023, the car died May 12, June 5, October 11 and now Dec 31, 2 experience, thanks to Tytiana Sewell. Since my child purchase her car in February of 2023, the car died May 12, June 5, October 11 and now Dec 31, 2023. Keep in mind it's a brand-new vehicle. Every time the vehicle died Tytiana kept on avoiding us, then passed us onto another sales rep. I regret purchasing a vehicle from Tytiana Sewell.... In order to get Roswell to look at the car I had to escalate it to Mazda corporate. I have been a loyal customer with Mazda since 2015, this is my fourth vehicle purchase. I am very disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My last call today to Mazda Roswell the agent stated for me to bring the vehicle to another location for them to look at it...smh!!! More
