He was extremely responsive to my calls and text messages - even on his day off - and very patient and accommodating when we kept changing our mind about the vehicle we wanted. Secondly, the brand ambassador, Bahar, epitomized passion for the Mazda brand and Mazda of Roswell. Together, they created a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. Overall, I highly recommend Lucky, Bahar, and the Mazda dealership for anyone seeking exceptional service and a rewarding car-buying experience. More
Bahar was very professional. I sent emails to 6 different dealerships. While all the other dealerships was giving runarounds to my questions, Bahar was straight forward with me. Overall a very good experience. Jason (Jay), my rep, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and explained to me in layman's terms things I did not understand. He was very patient with the questions and helpful during the test drive and later. The Internet Director's assistance through the process (Aaron) was very much a positive experience. I found that there were some communication gaps internally that resulted in extra time spent at the dealership that I did not need to have spent, especially with a busy work schedule of my own; I would suggest better internal alignment and more proactive checking on things (e.g., availability of an accessory in stock, etc.). Overall, though, this was not the sales-y or pushy dealership experience I was expecting. From the moment I test drove and met both Jay and Aaron, I was hoping the deal from this dealership would be comparable or better to the other Mazda dealers I was talking to as I wanted to give them my business. Thankfully, it turned out to be so and I was happy to give them my business AND they helped the dealership earn my future service business though it may not be the most convenient dealer location for me. The space was comfortable, availability of wi-fi so I could keep working while I waited, etc. The experience with the Finance Mgr was the only exception; whatever was happening in his day certainly was not to be made my business as a pressure tactic or whatever frustration he was feeling with others in staff - not to be presented or shared with the customer. That aside, he moved fast through the paperwork process and the tool he used made it easy too. So, while I am giving the dealership 5 stars, the issue with communications resulting in a longer visit than needed and the Finance Mgr little attitude were two drawbacks to my experience. Thanks to Jay and Aaron for their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness - that turned my experience to 5 star. More

Go to Mazda of Roswell and ask for Ricky! I walked in blind last week looking for a Premium CX-50. Ricky was awesome to work with, he made the process super smooth and easy. Poor communication with sales team. They had to find the car - would tell me they would update me at end of day and I would not receive the promised phone call. Multiple times was told I would receive a call and it didn’t happen. RUDE finance guy. Very condescending and arrogant. Not a good experience all around. Would not reommend this dealership More
