It all started with confusion, and sadness of the unexpected “unknown”, and ended with restoration in humanity, and believing that only good comes from challenging moments!…I called, and spoke to Far unexpected “unknown”, and ended with restoration in humanity, and believing that only good comes from challenging moments!…I called, and spoke to Farnage, she showed such kindness, and understanding when she heard my fear of, and sent me to an ANGEL, Samantha, whom made haste to get the issue sorted by connecting me with my HERO, Tom…Samantha stayed in touch until the situation was settled, even if she was very busy, her empathy was felt throughout, and SO appreciated!!…Tom sent Val, a very kind technician to my home since my car wouldn’t start, he arrived with a smile, and lifted the bonnet, attached the cables, and my CX5 started!…we left straight away to Mazda at Palm Beach, I was behind Val, my brother was behind me, and we arrived quickly, and safely…as soon as I pulled up, Tom was ready to open the bonnet, and get started straight away, no delay, the sense of urgency, heaven sent!…it was finished SO quickly, he even went BEYOND that to show me how jumping cables worked, it detail, and with a smile, to feel safe in someone’s care, that’s an understatement when it came to how Tom made me feel, truly!…Jorge, a sweet guy sorted my paperwork, and had me out feeling even more grateful…if it wasn’t for what took place with my car not starting, out of nowhere, I never would have encountered true HUMANITY, a DYNAMIC team effort!…🙏🏻🙏🏻😁😁🙏🏻🙏🏻 More

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 In November of 2024, went to service at Mazda of Palm Beach for check engine light regarding "Brake Failure". Aside from the light, my Mazda 3 operated completely normal, stopped normal, with no issues. Service Dept and Tech told me I needed a complete break job, and it would cost $1600.00. When I said no way, they told me it was "metal on metal", a safety issue, and I shouldn't even drive the car. They charged me $250 for the diagnostic fee and I took the car home. Next day I pulled the wheels off, and what do you know, pads and rotors were fine with plenty of life left. I called, complained, sent them images of my good brakes, and they apologized, agreed, and said they would refund my diagnostic fee. It never happened, I ended up filing a claim with my credit card company and they did get my money back, what a pain in the butt. So what every happened with my brake light? I went on Youtube, found out it was a minor electrical issue, and fixed it myself in 2 minutes for 50 cents! I will not return, and do not recommend Mazda of Palm Beach! More
