Mazda was very unprofessional and still is acting this way with me as an out of state customer! They clearly operate with dishonest business practices because that is all I have experienced with them! Hor way with me as an out of state customer! I called 16 times on an agreed upon day they were supposed to pay for services they failed to complete, and no one would help me to complete the transaction at Mazda. They are game players! The manager who made this agreement wasn't even available the day of agreement, and he was the one who set it up with me. He never followed up with me after the event. Do not buy from this dealership! They delivered my car UNSERVICED 1,000 miles away even though I paid a $999.00 pre-service fee. My title was mailed two weeks after my purchase. I had to call excessively to get someone to respond to me about the title. They had stated it would be mailed overnight upon purchase. I paid $999.00 in doc fees for a two-week late title after my car had already arrived! They didn't even register my car in Florida! My car was delivered without a working HEADLIGHT, no coolant, no windshield wiper fluid, with the coolant light on, other issues, and the previous driver's lip-gloss and receipt under the driver's seat - and this was at delivery! The car rattled and squeaked as soon as I turned key. I was told in good faith the vehicle was in great shape. I paid a $299 detail fee to have the previous owner's items visible under the driver's seat at delivery. The car was shipped on an open bed and Mazda still charged me the $299.00 detail fee even after I said I didn't want that fee because of how the car would be transported. Mazda owes me money and won't make it right! I was told I had new brakes, rotors, battery, tires, and none of it is new. My tires are 1/2 tread. Three places told me their battery is not certifiable. Mazda said it's new. They won't provide me warranty info I supposedly have. They refuse to provide me records. I've asked over and over for my service paperwork. I've had the vehicle looked over my multiple mechanics who stated Mazda should never have sold me the vehicle in the condition they did - services should have been complete. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are deceptive and dishonest. More
In response to an earlier rebuttal from the so called xx Mazda of wrecked & Runs , As customer stated the noise was apparent after taking the vehicle was driven off the open trailer. We have receipts and video documents stating - tire are "NEW" and battery is "NEW", and now the term Pass certification standard is being applied lol We offered to fly in and purchase the vehicle directly email sent to said salesman time stamp in November only be told that's not possible. Still have no service records requested and or communication between any management other then the passive exchange on a review website - Professionalism at its finest Mazda of wrecks & Runs. We weren't demanding $4000, a simple we can fix if (if you really stood by your product) but you can't/unwilling to simply share xxx you serviced when the vehicle was traded in back in September. Doesn't seem that hard because the video shows the salesman reading from something . Please humor the customer and respond according. More
