Thank you so much for the feedback . We have looked into the deal and your accusation are not only NOT true whatsoever we have signed worked sheets and multiple print outs as the lease WAS ALWAYS a 33 month lease . You are incorrect and your facts are 100 percent false. From the first deal sheet to the contract every single document has 33 months as the lease as there is no 36 month lease at the national program rate . Kindly remove your false review down and if you’d like we invite you into the dealership to show you on about 10 documents that you signed and communications all recorded always showing a 33 month lease . Thanks

Again, I stand on my truth and what I described in this truthful review is accurate; Mr. Wilbert Rejouis make me believe I was signing in on the electronic table a 36 month, 10,000 miles per year lease term. Regardless, Mazda of Palm Beach is missing again the opportunity to rectify and fix this issue. The great thing is; at the end there are hundreds of Mazda dealers in the United States that in the future are going to be more than happy to do business with an honest and respectful individual like me. I believe in Karma and the truth in the eyes of God will set you free.

36 months is not an option the national program is 33 months , 36 months was never mentioned , every single communication / text / phone / document / worksheet was always 33 months. 36 months months would be a standard program not a national subvented rate. The payment would go up dramatically and you lose multiple rebates . We won’t be correctly anything as nothing was done wrong whatsoever and what you believe to be true and what is actually true are two separate issues . You’re more than welcome to come in and see every text / call / email / and dozens of large font documents that are not e signed but hand signed wet signatures everyone of them saying 33 months . We believe in karma and don’t the right thing which is why we are the highest rated mazda dealer in the nation . Thank you again let us know if you would like to come in and review anything

Regardless of there is or was a 36 month or not; he made me believe I was signing a 36 month 30,000 miles lease term. Once again I stand firmly on what happened; if I had would’ve known that he planned was to make me believe there was a 36 month 30000 miles lease term; I would’ve walked out immediately and left Mazda of Palm Beach.

It is Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 1pm. The review I submitted 2 days ago now needs to be updated. Sadly, my experience with Mazda of the Palm Beaches has turned into a nightmare! I purchased a 2020 CX-30 2 days ago (sales rep was Jordan) and no sooner had I driven it off the lot at 8pm, when 3 issues appeared on the touchscreen...the most critical one was the front radar was malfunctioning and safety features had been disabled. I immediately called Jordan who said to bring the car in the next day...not immediately; the next day. I care for and drive children 6 days a week. Had I known how serious the front radar issue was, I would have immediately returned the car. The next day in service, I was told the car had serious issues and problems and should NEVER been sold to me. I was given a loaner and told the GM would contact me. Today, after 26 hours, NO Manager has contacted.me! I have left multiple messages...not one response from Tom Curtin or Mark Korukus (general managers).or Brett Fry (sales.manager). This is outrageous! I am demanding my money be returned tomorrow and will NEVER go to this Mazda dealership again! Before they sold me the car, they were 100% attentive; the next day after the sale, not one manager has responded. I need a car asap and they are not communicating with me at all. The rating for this dealership...Mazda of Palm Beach, is 0...if there were minus ratings, that's what they would get.
