In my first attempt to start the engine It couldn't start and the salesman had to bu Two months ago trade in my 2008 Acura TSX for a 2010 Lexus IS250. In my first attempt to start the engine It couldn't start and the salesman had to busted the battery, after we took it for a test ride (and it was awesome), At the moment of delivering I said to the sales person "let's doublecheck the battery" so we went to the shop and one of the tech's tested the battery and the results was that the battery was not charging and it needed to be replace, so I requested a new battery, according to the sales person the manager said NO, "What can of business is this." so they charged it and told me to return the next day Saturday if I was having battery problems. On Saturday morning I was the 1st customer at the service depart, and I requested my new battery. According the sales person his manager said NO. The salesman he made arrangements to buy a new battery at his expense and install it in my car. Good one! Three day after that my car couldn't start again. I call the salesman and he texted me that he was off and that I should call the dealer. After calling several times and trying to get a Sales Manager the receptionist told me that the manager said that I brought the car like that. "Wow..". I went to Autozone, they tested the battery and it was not charging, "Hum,,," I got a new battery and after two weeks no problem. WHAT CAN A SAY... Never again...! V. Rosa More
Honest people, did the work I asked and did it right. I trust this service center. They make sure I know what my car needs but they are not pushy when suggesting it. Great car buying experience!!! I just arrived from NYC and I needed to buy a car quickly. I visited 3 other dealerships and they were horrible. I called ahead and made an appointmen I just arrived from NYC and I needed to buy a car quickly. I visited 3 other dealerships and they were horrible. I called ahead and made an appointment with Erica Moldashel. I was an hour late because I got lost but Erica was so nice. I knew exactly what I wanted and Erica had the car out front waiting for me. We took a test drive and I made an offer. Erica listened to me, was straight forward and honest with me. There wasn't any pressure and it was actually a very pleasant experience. Angel Harlow helped me with the financing and was very organized and helpful. I would highly recommend Erica and Grieco Mazda of North Palm Beach! More

My sales consultant, Mr. Mathew Olguin was incredib I had the opportunity to purchase my new Mazda 6 from Grieco Mazda of North Palm Beach yesterday. My sales consultant, Mr. Mathew Olguin was incredible. Mathew is highly knowledgeable with the entire Mazda car line, very patient and just an extremely capable and friendly sales consultant. I can't recommend Mathew and the entire dealership enough. They delivered as promised and made the entire buying experience as easy as possible. As a side note I live in Boca Raton and was unable to get to the dealership to pick up my new car and Mathew actually drove down from North Palm Beach and picked me up himself. If I was in the market for a Mazda I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're the best! More

Service department is DISHONEST at best!!! My daughter has had her car for almost 3 years. GREAT car but today several lights came on..check engine being one. We recently had Grieco Mazda open in our area so she called them. They told her she had to immediately come in for them to look at it to see what the problem is. When she arrived Bradley took her car THEN told her it would be 115.00 "check it out fee" which would then be applied to any work they did. This was NEVER disclosed when she called. I would have taken it to my personal mechanic to "check it out" without any charge. I just spoke with them and told them to release her car immediately but Bradley had "just left". They wanted to be paid before they would release it. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST! I just called another dealership who said they have heard NUMEROUS issues with the service department "creating" problems for thousands!!! CONSUMER BEWARE. More

We did our due diligence and decided on a Mazda CX5 Touring, it has a fabulous safety rating and we had owned a Mazda previously, we loved that car. We went to a local dealer, had a great test drive, wanted to buy that day but their price was $2000+ over a good price as per our research on the internet. Grieco gave us a very fair deal, it was worth driving an hour, Todd Trader was our salesman, highly recommend him, Rudy the finance manager was terrific. We are happy cuistomers. More

Needless to say they are stuck in the past. Salesman was rude and condescending. We will be sure to tell everyone we know not to do business with them particularly since there are so many other better choices. More
