I felt like they did want my business and so they got it! (I had visited the Palm Beach Mazda dealership the day before and had a friendly, helpful experience with Kellie Sheetz which was one reason I returned after the other dealership experience). The car buying experience in general can be stressful and lengthy, but I felt like the manager did his best to make it less so. More

The first visit we were able to just explore on our own which was so refreshing. We were asked if we needed any assistance and when we just wanted to look no salesman was bothersome. This is why we returned to this dealership the following day. We took the car out for a test drive and fell in love. We didn't have time to make the deal so we said, we would come back later. Again, no one pushed us for an immediate sale. The following day we came in to purchase the car because we already felt good about the deal. Everything went smooth. I have always had nightmare experience when buying a car, however, this was a dream come true purchase. Thank you JD and Brian. More
