I came in for a test drive not really expecting such down to earth customer service, but Kellie made the process so, so easy, and yet I never felt like I was being manipulated or deceived. Instead, I felt like Kellie and the rest of her team genuinely cared about meeting all of my needs, laying out every single detail, and making sure that I drove away 100% comfortable in my decision. When it came to signing the contract, Gil laid everything out so clearly and patiently that I could tell this dealership puts a lot of emphasis on ensuring that customers aren't treated just like people who come to buy their product, but instead almost like family.
