He was very helpful and patient with all the questions we had,and made the whole buying process comfortable. Our purchase was a cash offer, and I knew in my mind what "Out the Door" price I was willing to pay. After some pleasant negotiations we reached an agreeable price. Brian is certainly an asset to this dealership. While waiting for the paperwork to be finalized, I went to the parts department to purchase some accessories for our new CX5, Bryan Ortiz was very helpful and friendly and expedited my purchase. A few days later, I had a concern with something in the engine compartment, I talked to Candice Hamilton in the Service Dept. to schedule an appointment, Candice asked if I could bring the car in right then, I arrived 20 minutes later. Candice immediately had a technician look at my concern. which turn out to be nothing at all.
