This seems to be a trend in the reviews to come see Phil and it is with good reason: he's very knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, very personable, and is a car guy to boot! The first, three of those years, 2015 + 2016 + 2017 this location was titled Grieco Mazda, and under Grieco ownership. I never experienced a problem with servicing my car here. Quality service. with no hassle. No fussy sales people, eager to Sell MY CAR. Over the past year(Summer 2018 to Summer 2019), under new ownership, as Mazda of Palm Beach. Servicing my vehicle here has been a nightmare! This place has noticeably changed for the Worse. Both in Sales and Service. Recently (June 2019) I brought my car in, to be serviced; only to be hustled and hassled by sales people. Three different salesmen push me to sell my car, time and time again. They keep calling me at home, at work. They do not understand the meaning of, NO. Nothing more than a bunch of brainwashed greedy children, who play dirty at Mazda of Palm Beach. AVOID Mazda of Palm Beach. Or you too, will experience an expensive mistake. You have been warned. More

After 3 dealerships, (and BTW I was not interested in even purchasing a Mazda), we just stopped in the view the lot. Though there we other Sales Reps available, I casually said hello and walked into Phils cube. Phil was super! Welcoming, pleasant, listened, went through a couple of cars that just didn't feel right to me. Ready to say goodbye...He said "Just try the Mazda 3" No, I'm really not into a hatch back. I said. But then I got in one and boy was I impressed! The car is perfect! Phil is now someone I trust, I call for advice, I sent my clients and friends there.
