down to earth sales rep Great Sales Rep!! I saw a car on their website that was worth the 2hr drive. however before gong I wanted to make sure I would not waist my time or Great Sales Rep!! I saw a car on their website that was worth the 2hr drive. however before gong I wanted to make sure I would not waist my time or the sales rep's time. I called to inquire pricing and car fax info and they were more than willing to assist with what ever information I needed. The appointment was set at a great time with room for potential late arrival., When we got there, a well dressed sales rep came out to greet us and guided us to the person the appointment was scheduled with When we met my sales rep, she greeted us and offered beverage and a seat. I loved how she was dressed as well btw :) We took for a test drive and got back to finalize the offer and they worked with me answering credit and finance questions. overall it was a great experience with no fake sales attitudes or pitches. I loved her interaction with us and the trust feel that I was making a good deal and financial decision. This is my 3rd Mazda but 1st time financing a brand new on and I am glad we took the chance and drove the 2hrs to get it. More

Reccomend! This review is about the purchase of a new vehicle. Our experience first started at Wallace Mazda in Stuart. Wallace wouldn't budge on the price a This review is about the purchase of a new vehicle. Our experience first started at Wallace Mazda in Stuart. Wallace wouldn't budge on the price and tried all of the classic tactics of trying to get us into a different vehicle of a similar price, "buy it today" deals, etc. We didn't appreciate these games, so we decided to shop around and went to Mazda of Palm Beach the following day. We had a great sales experience Sage and his manager George with the purchase of a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and mentioned the price that Wallace was offering. In a much shorter time frame than Wallace, we settled on a better deal. They didn't have the vehicle but had it driven to us from another dealer by the time our purchase was complete. Anyone buying a car can always expect some level of negotiation, but there weren't any pressure tactics or smoke and mirrors. It was a much smoother experience compared to Wallace. In the end, we settled on a deal better than what Wallace could provide in a much quicker time frame. The price quoted at the end of negotiation was the exact same number once we got out of the finance office. There was a minor hickup with a feature called "Mazda Mobile Start" that we wanted included in our vehicle. We scheduled a service appointment to have it installed but instead we got a remote start key system, which is a bit different. Sage, George, and the service manager Ray made it right for us. In the end they stuck to exactly what we had agreed upon. I'd recommend them again to anyone who is in the market for a new Mazda. We love our 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring! More
