A Positive Buying Experience I had been shopping the Internet for a couple of months looking for a specific Miata. This car finally showed up on the Palm Beach Mazda web page. I I had been shopping the Internet for a couple of months looking for a specific Miata. This car finally showed up on the Palm Beach Mazda web page. I called and talked with Daniel who was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions and talking me into taking the 200 mile trip to see if this car was as good as advertised. Surprise this six year old used car was much better than expected and the dealership exceeded my expectations. Somehow I got connected with JD. JD is the energy that keeps the showroom buzzing. His years of experience and knowledge really show. It was a great buying experience being able to deal with someone that has been in the business a long time and can make decisions without having to run to the manager for answers. He explained in detail the process and did not pressure me to buy/lease anything like some other places do! He helped me understand the breakdown of the fees, taxes and leasing agreements as well as taking me through a thorough test drive to make sure I was comfortable with the car.
