JD met me out in the parking lot and was so friendly and approachable - a WELCOMED departure from the pushy tactics I experienced at a neighboring dealership. He was upfront about what the cost would be - and then he made it happen. The manager was also extremely friendly and helped me accomplish my goals. Will helped with the paperwork and he kept it light, fun, and moving fast. I was in and out of there within 90 minutes.
