Fun and pleasant experience!! My wife and I recently moved from Manhattan, NYC to Delray Beach. When I mentioned to our neighbor we were considering a Mazda he strongly recommended My wife and I recently moved from Manhattan, NYC to Delray Beach. When I mentioned to our neighbor we were considering a Mazda he strongly recommended that we speak to Joshua LaBarre at Mazda of Palm Beach. Our neighbor had purchased his Mazda from Joshua and even though they were not the closest dealer (about 45 minutes from us) he assured me it would be worth the drive. Joshua's personality, experience and pricing made it an easy decision. It was actually a fun and pleasant experience working with Josh and his associates. We completed paperwork with Rodney Maharrey who was also a real pleasure to work with and educated us on a number of items. Another shout out goes to Kellie Sheetz, She sits next to Joshua and added to the pleasant, fun experience as well whenever we were in the showroom. I can not comment on the service department as yet. Thanks to Josh's care, everything was perfect when we picked up the car and Joshua was even the person who put on our license plate! Very happy that we went with Joshua and Mazda of Palm Beach. More

Worst Experience- Scam Artists- Deceptive Advertising Let me begin by giving background information: My wife and I decided on a 2018 CX9 as our next vehicle. We researched the west coast of Florida in our area and found none that met all the criteria. Feeling as if we would get a better deal on the other coast, we looked towards Palm Beach. After finding (5) different vehicles we wanted to check out, I began to make calls. The most reassuring call was to Mazda of Palm Beach. The subject on the phone confirmed the vehicle we were looking at was still available, that "Employee Pricing" could not be published.......but would be lower then the price I saw, the vehicle was already "certified pre owned" as stated in the listing, and that the only additional fees would be "Taxes and Tags.......due to it being a used vehicle, a dealer fee does not apply." My wife and I arrived at the dealer and were greeted right away. The salesman, Trevan, was excellent and brought the requested vehicle around. We test drove the car and decided to talk numbers. When the numbers were presented, they included the sale price $2100 more then advertised, a Certified Warranty Fee of $799, a Dealer Fee of $999, Tags of $450, and electronic filling fee of 140 ish. I immediately reminded Trevan on the conversation I had the previous night to which I was told the vehicle advertised was no longer available, and that all the fees were standard. With several other vehicles to look at in the area, the deal got passed to a manager. I informed the manager that the call the previous night was very clear with the representative stating there were no additional fees on used vehicles besides taxes and fees. I also asked and stated that I wanted the vehicle which was advertised and caused me to drive 3 hours to the dealership, to which I was told it was not on the lot. Long story shot, the advertised vehicle was being driven by another managers wife, and I highly doubt its actually for sale at the listed price. Buyer Beware!!!!!! This dealer is scandalous and full of BS. The manager "George" will more then likely/ conveniently be having his wife drive the vehicle your are going to see, which will be off the lot and not available for sale. Issues are as follows: 1) Advertised vehicle as including a Certified Pre Owned Mazda Warranty with the initial price of $22993, then added $799 when we showed up. 2) Was told only additional fee is "Taxes and Plates" which was recorded then dealer adds over $1,000 in fees once you show up on top of "Taxes and Plates" 3) Employee Pricing is an absolute joke! even after leaving, the only thing the dealership was willing to do is honor the 22993 Price+ Taxes+ Tags+ $999 Dealer fee.......The only thing waived was going to be the "$799 Warranty Fee" which the vehicle was advertised as having already 4) Vehicle advertised was not even on the lot. The Dealer switched the car out with one of a similar color of VIN during the Test Drive. 5) The vehicles are mostly off Lease Rentals, and were badly beat up. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Protection, The BBB, The DSHMV, and the Florida Office of the Attorney General regarding Deceptive Trade Practices. STAY AWAY! More

Service Center Sucks My 2014 Mazda has been in 3 times for the same issue. It's currently there for this issue and they have had it 3 weeks saying they can't find the problem. The first time there I paid almost $800 dollars for the repair and less than a month later I was having the same issue. They were telling me they couldn't duplicate the issue which is the car not starting. I did not purchase the car from them but I brought it to their dealership because they are Mazda and I thought it was the best place to bring my Mazda to be repaired. I can't really blame my Service Adviser since he's not actually repairing the car and he's been helpful by keeping me informed which is why I didn't give a 1 for the review. But it doesn't really represent Mazda Service Department well if they can't repair a car that they sell. I will say that they did give me a loaner car to drive while my car is sitting there, but even though it's a newer model car...there's nothing like having your own car. JC More

Best car buying experience!! From the start of this process of buying a vehicle for my daughter, I was very impressed with the contact Kellie Sheetz gave me. I started this with an email and immediately had a response from her. We communicated for several days until I had a chance to come by the dealership. Upon arrival, met Kellie and she was waiting with the Mazda CX-5 clean and ready to be driven home. We discussed terms and due to a last minute trade in, negotiations took little longer. In the end, the whole team there at Mazda made this purchase happen with payments where I needed them. My daughter loves this new car and all I can say is Thank you to Kellie Sheetz and everyone that worked with us!!! You made my daughter's year!! More
I went to check out a used certified pre owned vehicle and Tevin Gibbs and James Beal put me in a brand new car with a better deal.
