She took the extra time necessary and asked me all the right questions to come up with a scenario that would work for my situation (which was difficult at best). She is high energy and was always smiling. It's obvious she loves what she does and she is extremely good at it. Kellie is definitely an asset to your dealership, but I have a feeling you already know that. More

Leased a new Mazda 3 premium This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Mazda of palm beach this year and second from mike M. When I called Mike to let him know I was Interested This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Mazda of palm beach this year and second from mike M. When I called Mike to let him know I was Interested in looking at adding a second vehicle he had a couple he thought I’d like pulled up waiting for me to drive. They went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. The whole process was just as easy and painless as the first two times. I am Really enjoying my new vehicle they have accommodated everything for me treating me as if I was the most important person. The level of service was amazing, and they easily beat southern palms Mazda’s pricing by a significant amount l. I will Continue to purchase my vehicles from them. The service department took great care of me in accommodating a loaner vehicle having me in and out when I dropped mine off for window tint. Over all i am very satisfied. The only complaint I have is they need to get a better window tint person which is minor concern. More
