Highly recommend! I had been leaning towards getting a Mazda for quite some time so I was hopping around and doing some research before I pulled the trigger. I was brow I had been leaning towards getting a Mazda for quite some time so I was hopping around and doing some research before I pulled the trigger. I was browsing the website and my info was sent to Mazda and Joshua happened to call me the next day. I wasn't planning on going that day but I decided to anyway. When I got to the dealership, I told one of the sales people that I was there to see Joshua and he came out almost immediately. He was super easygoing/friendly, and funny! It took away that pressure inducing feeling that you sometimes feel at car dealerships. I was so all over the place during this visit and Joshua was extremely patient with me! ha He let me test drive whatever I wanted and not only did that speak volumes about his confidence in the brand, but it made me feel like whatever I chose would be a winner! Funny thing is, I didn't leave with a car that visit. I wasn't ready to choose. The following month I was about to call Joshua to revisit since I felt ready to make a decision and he beat me to it! He reached out to me to see how my search was going and I decided that I should go in that day. We tried a few more cars and eventually my heart kept on going back to the CX-3. He was even more patient on this visit as I was so back and forth, but ultimately I signed the papers for the car and I absolutely love it!! I'm a huge fan of Mazda and the experience was so positive and made such a difference in the process. Joshua was fantastic and had an answer to any question I had. I highly recommend working with him! More

I know this is a small thing but it goes a long way and sets this dealership apart from many. The whole car buying experience is stressful but Mazda of Palm Beach made is as pleasant as possible. Catalina was honest, knowledgable and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond for me in the rain and after hours. True customer service! Many times the "internet price" you see online likely requires you to match a ton of criteria in the fine print. They honored the internet price I saw without hesitation. I'm admittedly a bit paranoid when it comes to doing deals in industries with pricing mechanisms I don't fully understand (especially those with a perceived lack of transparency that require a bit of haggling), but she totally indulged my super slow process and was not pushy at all. Catalina had no problem with carefully explaining every nook and cranny, and was even supportive of me taking a day or two to research and understand the specifics of her offer and mull it over. My usual post-purchase default is a case of irrational buyer's remorse — but not this time! Feel pretty good about everything. Thanks Catalina! More
