This dealership was clean. Each employee was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Took longer than expected to complete the paperwork. We drove 6 hours to purchase the car. Took over 2 hours to and made sure we were taken care of. Took longer than expected to complete the paperwork. We drove 6 hours to purchase the car. Took over 2 hours to complete the transaction. I felt like that part of the purchase could have been a little more efficient. That’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Great dealership. More

Went to Mazda with my friend so she can get a car. I must say even though I wasn’t the one buying a vehicle the customer service was exceptional. The sales rep Phil was great, funny and went a step beyond wi say even though I wasn’t the one buying a vehicle the customer service was exceptional. Everyone at ‘Mazda of Palm Beach was very nice and helpful. It was my first time but a car and they explained everything to me. Really took their time to help me understand the process. I’ve been to two Honda Dealership (Hendrick Honda and Honda of Aventura). Both tried to take advantage of me, but not these guys at Mazda. Phil was amazing, so was the finance manager and the training manager. Trust me first time buyers, these guys treated me like family. This is the only dealership I’ll go to now. More
