I am not a fan of buying cars, the haggling, the hustling, the built up frustration between forceful sellers and needy buyers.... not my scene AT ALL. However Phil Schleede my sales associate was PHENOMENAL. He was insightful, and educated on the brand and model of the vehicles, Easy to talk to and willing to work with me regarding my needs for a vehicle. The entire team from the body shop all the way to financing were amazing. (Even though we had to wait a while for the team to catch up). Customer service was outstanding! I left here a very happy camper... with a car I am most excited to zoom zoom in! More

Easy and Quick My wife and I had a 2017 CX-5. We loved it. We recently found out we are having twins in addition to our first son. We needed something bigger. I My wife and I had a 2017 CX-5. We loved it. We recently found out we are having twins in addition to our first son. We needed something bigger. I reached out to Mazda of Palm Beach and Matt Sage responded to me right away. We worked out a deal over the phone. He brought the car directly to my house and let my wife drive it. We agreed on a fair deal and just like that, we traded in our CX-5 for a CX-9. The experience was great! I would highly recommend them! More

Purchased a Used 2012 Honda Accord Though my experience with Catalina was great, I was blindsided by the hidden policies of this dealership. First and foremost, the car was listed onlin Though my experience with Catalina was great, I was blindsided by the hidden policies of this dealership. First and foremost, the car was listed online at 7,979. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was informed that the price was only for buyers with good credit and that I would have to pay extra because my credit was less than perfect. I was also disappointed when I found the interior of the vehicle had not been cleaned before I test drove it. When I vocalized valid concerns about the condition of the interior, I was met with pushback and minimal effort to make the need repairs. I was also disappointed to learn that when purchasing a used car at the dealership, they only fill the tank halfway instead of filling it up like most dealerships after the purchase of a car. I was also not informed until after signing the contract, that I would be paying for mandatory gap insurance. More

I went in for a oil change and "JD" was very persistent in me letting him help me get approve for a newer car. I told him no a thousand times. I told him I would come back another time. I finally gave in a in me letting him help me get approve for a newer car. I told him no a thousand times. I told him I would come back another time. I finally gave in and it was one of the best decision in my life. I appreciate him wanting to help me so much he is a very good guy who has passion for his job.
