Catalina was amazing from the start! After 5-10 different people calling me and following up from 7 different local dealerships, none of which knew where they left off with me and just wanted me to come back people calling me and following up from 7 different local dealerships, none of which knew where they left off with me and just wanted me to come back in during pandemic or else financing wouldn’t take me seriously, Catalina from the very start was a whole different experience. She asked the rift questions right off the bat and kept the process moving forward and it was all special text. I had been researching vehicles for over 6 months so having someone jump right in and help via text and was able to make the deal happen for me within a few hours of initial contact was amazing. They let me test drive by myself due to pandemic and all paperwork was ready for me when I showed up. We had some aftermarket things added to the vehicle so she kept in contact with me daily over a 2 week period even on her days off! She diligently was in contact with third party aftermarket items and made the process very easy for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a preowned or new vehicle! More
