I am not someone who writes reviews but in this case a review is warranted! I believe a salesperson should always be honest, respectful, helpful and have many other qualities when working with the publ review is warranted! I believe a salesperson should always be honest, respectful, helpful and have many other qualities when working with the public... but as we know it’s just not something you can expect these days. Without going into a lot of detail, I had just left a dealership where the manager was beyond rude! I drove several counties away from my home to go to Palm Beach Mazda because I saw on their website they had a model I wanted in a red and in a black. I only needed to decide on a color at that point and wanted to see them side-by-side. Catalena introduced herself, said she was working with another customer but she would be right with me. After looking at the car side-by-side I went inside to get out of the heat. A gentleman appeared and asked if I would like something to drink, I told him I had just had a really bad experience at a dealership and didn’t want any BS! He understood completely and introduced himself as Ben. I then explained the situation that I had been in and I was waiting for Catalena to return. While we waited or her I showed Ben on my phone the make, model and color I wanted and went through each additional option with him as well and pointed out the ones I wanted. He assured me it was no problem! Since Palm Beach Mazda did not have a model that I wanted in manual Ben assured me he would get one and contact me with details. I told him my credit score was impeccable and how much I was putting down... he came back with a payment and a percentage rate I could not believe! I thought so myself wow was this even possible... could they truly deliver what they were telling me!?I thanked Catalena and Ben for their time and waited at home for the next step... To sum it up Catalena stayed in contact with me every day every thing that was said has been delivered with a few exceptions of some options that were out of stock. I trust Ben and Catalena will call me when they come in and follow through with installing them without hesitation as promised even though I already bought the car... I even decided to write this review before getting the promised additional options installed... you might ask me why and my answer is simply this... because I can trust them at their word, they have proven that to me already! I truly believe Palm Beach Mazda is THE BEST dealership I have ever dealt with and that is because of Ben and Catalena! They have surpassed my very high expectations! Lastly, being a veteran I would like to give a BRAVO ZULU (well done) and TANGO MIKE (thank you) from the bottom of my heart-to you both!
