Negotiating was reasonable and easy with him (and I’m a savvy shopper)...so that was much appreciated! Snatching Victory from the Jaws of Defeat. After getting off to bad start, John, the Sales Manager came to our rescue by assigning Phil Schleede to us. His professionalism, knowledge of the cars and respect for our budget was impressive. Phil was very helpful in explaining the differences and price structure of the new SUV's. Knowing that we could not afford to go with new, he gently insisted on having us test drive a 2017, Mazda CX-5 in Black with 32,000 miles. My daughter, expressly did not want a Black car but agreed to test drive it. She fell in love with it. Phil was right! This was the perfect car for her! After John, another great guy, got the price down to meet our budget, and your Finance Manager, Rodney, got through with the paperwork, (very quickly and pleasantly) I might add), my daughter drove her new car away. We cannot praise Phil and John enough for all their help and professional spirit. Thanks to them, they snatched victory from the jaws of defeat! Thank you! More
