I had totaled my 2015 Mazda3 hatchback and loved it so much that I wanted to replace it with another Mazda3 hatch. We are on the west coast of florida and looked online within a 200 mile radius for a low much that I wanted to replace it with another Mazda3 hatch. The only place that had a car that came close to our requirements was Mazda of Palm Beach. Over the course of several days, my husband worked with Rico over the phone so that we were assured that we wouldn’t drive all that way for nothing. Rico was very patient with us, answering all our questions, taking additional pictures for us and even test driving the car for us. His honesty and willingness to go the extra mile really inspired our confidence. When we did travel to the dealership to see the car in person it was in even better shape than we expected. The sale went fairly quickly at that point and I am more than thrilled with our purchase! More

You made a me a customer for life, even though I'm 3 hours away, when a error was made and they made the situation right Mazda of Palm Beach before.
