After posting my review I received a rude text message from Tony Burba stating that I didn't have to purchase the car and he will keep my review in mind if I ever need help from him. **Do not recommen from Tony Burba stating that I didn't have to purchase the car and he will keep my review in mind if I ever need help from him. **Do not recommend.** I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. Although I’m happy with the car itself, I would not recommend doing business here due to misleading communication and poor customer service. The main issue was inconsistent and unclear communication. The salesperson, Ben Kairalla, would say one thing, while the sales manager, Tony Burba, would say something completely different. During negotiations, Tony mentioned that the total price of the car could be brought down to $14,000 or $14,500. However, when it came time to finalize the sale, the price was $14,970. Tony then claimed that when he said "$14K," he meant $14,970. That’s a significant difference, and anyone would understand that $14K and $14,970 are not the same. In my opinion, Tony will say whatever is necessary to close the deal. There were other minor discrepancies during the process, but the core issue remained: I felt misled and could not trust the dealership. Additionally, before I made the purchase, I received an email from the General Manager, Ben Cekovic, asking if I had any questions. I responded with questions since my salesperson was off that day, but I never heard back from anyone until I reached out again the next day. This lack of follow-up only added to the frustration. In the end, I hope the dealership is happy with the extra $970 they squeezed out of me. I will never do business here again, and I will actively discourage others from buying from this dealership. **If you still decide to purchase from here, make sure you get everything in writing—don’t trust any verbal promises.** More
