We aren't interested in selling any new Mazda out of our area, with the current inventory levels very low we are holding our inventory for our previous Mazda Of Palm Beach Customers / Customers who live locally. Those customers are receiving incredible deals and deep discounts. We are not interested in one-time sales, we are interested in earning our customer's business for years to come. We have the highest dealer loyalty in the country over 88 percent buy their next car from our store, rated The number 1 Mazda dealer in the nation and the 2021 Consoul of excellence dealer of the year. We didn't get there because we have high prices and bad service. We got there with an impeccable track record, incredible deals, and more importantly the best service we would possible give to our loyal customer base. You were absolutely willing to sell for a $2000 up charge. That is the issue. So please don't try to portray you are acting in the interest of the local community. You are being exploitive. The Mazda customer service rep personally contacted you and was shocked by your response. They opened a case. Mazda is a multi-national corporation and I would be interested in their feedback on your refusal to sell their product to a qualified customer based on zip code. So in fact you do sell to OOS customers just with a penalty charge. That was confirmed by the Mazda representative. Your website has since been changed but I have the website as reflected when I attempted to purchase. So clearly false advertising. This marketplace will ease soon and I hope shady practices such as this come back to bite the dealerships that have engaged in price gouging and questionable practices. 88% loyalty based on what? Any surveys can be skewed to reflect a positive, just like review suppression. But I guess I will go to independent auto publications and supply my experience with car shopping in this environment. Thankfully there are some "legitimate" dealerships that truly do want to foster an ethical relationship with ALL customers. One has to question what other group of persons are selected for predatory pricing by Palm Beach Mazda? Edmunds, Motor trend, review these practices to be avoided. I just want Mazda USA to respond to your statements. So yes please supply the emails of executive contacts. Additionally Mazda recognize their top dealerships by President's Club award and I am unable to find Mazda of Palm Beach on that list! Therefore I am not sure how you determine you are #1 dealer in the nation! And I am not familiar with your quoted "consul of excellence 2021" I find it hard to believe the dealerships listed as "President's Club" club by Mazda USA are not #1 in the nation. There are 50 dealerships that have been bestowed that recognition by Mazda for excellence. Palm Beach Mazda is not one of them.

Correct. We are not interested but this is a business and we would sell you the car to a one time customer for the market price. Once again we really are not interested in selling out of our area. Mazda compliance wouldn’t allow us to say that we are #1 in the nation if we were not. They have strict rules on compliance. Dealer loyalty is calculated by mazda every quarter. It’s based on vins you sold , vins taken in on trade and new cars sold to the same house hold. 88 percent is one of the highest if not the highest in the nation. We are the only mazda dealer in our area selling cars for less then msrp. You can continue to make accusation but like we said before we are really not interested in selling out of area customers our valuable inventory with little hope of repeat business in the future. We apologize as we understand this is frustrating but we have an obligation to our previous customer base locally Dan will send you over the emails and rewards and dealer loyalty stats. Your argument is flawed. Your "obligation to our previous customer base locally" goes out the window if you can sell and price gouge an out of area buyer. Why aren't you on the Mazda President's list if you are doing such a bang up job? Anyone can manipulate stats under a given formula. Future buyers looks at Mazda President's list! The list Mazda puts out publicly! Again what is this so called "Consoul of excellence dealer of the year" what kind of made up award is that? Who sanctions that award? Buyers do your research! Who is the awarding body? It would be comical if it was not so shady. This is the pat response to any critical reviews they receive..blah blah they are #1. What entity is bestowing this award? Be transparent! Also look at the other one star reviews carefully across the board. Not the 5 star reviews generated by revenue arrangement! Still waiting on those emails Dan!. And Thank you for exploiting COVID induced shortages as a business model! Shame on Palm Beach Mazda.
