I had a great experience working with Christian. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He demonstrated the vehicle and presented it flawlessly. He also picked me up from the airport and had every detail ready when I arrived at the dealership so that I could quickly begin my 600 mile trip home. I found just minutes after my purchase, my vehicle was advertised on their website for thousands less than I paid. Very disappointed. Can verify. I have all of the documents and advertisement. Raised the advertised on their website for thousands less than I paid. Very disappointed. Can verify. I have all of the documents and advertisement. Raised the sales price on contract to compensate for supposed $4,000 discount. Factory sticker was neither attached to windows or displayed. Had to ask for it after closing when I found an add on of $2,895 for "dealership added "Mazda Platinum Protection" basically an add on of car waxes that have nothing to do with Mazda. Beware. More

Was at the dealer 5 HOURS. First to evaluate my trade (1 hour) then to locate the car I came to test drive (1 hour) a 2024 model only to be told it was just sold, then they sai First to evaluate my trade (1 hour) then to locate the car I came to test drive (1 hour) a 2024 model only to be told it was just sold, then they said they found another but brand new of course $14,000.00 more. After the sale, no follow up. Had an issue had to call the main number, Talked to the sales manage said he will email me and set up an appointment to have it taken care of, No email. I paid cash so the only thing I got was a contract with no contact information. The manager, once he shook my hand and closed the deal should have given me a business card with his email address, guess they don't want a paper trail. More
