This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. They jacked the price up $5k from the test drive and window sticker to the dealing at the desk. They totally take advantage of buyers, several people on staff are very rude, and the customer service was terrible. They all have full voicemails so when the receptionist transfers you you cannot leave a message. Then when you ask her to hand deliver your message it takes her hours to do it and you never get a call back anyway. We literally had to drive back down there to get an answer as to if our wire had gone through. Then, items that were promised at the beginning of our deal magically disappeared and they deny including them even though they never said those items were not part of the deal. We will be in the market for another car very soon for my other daughter and there is no way they're getting our business again. More

Him and Mo (who just started) were very welcoming. Overall, This was my third visit to the Mazda dealership. The first was to service my car Last November, and we were pitched to sell our car but there were long waits while speaking to reps. The second visit was to buy a new car, after waiting for 45 mins and not greeted by anyone we left. And finally this past visit in June to sell our Mazda. The only concern would be wait times and being bounced around 4 times to a different person until Dylan came to assist. On a positive note, the Dealership looked great and had wide selection of cars. You can see the maintenance team working hard, the sales team has contagious energy and pride in their product (which is amazing to see!), and people visiting seem to be happy, even while waiting around. More
