False Advertising - Steer Clear of this Place Found a very nice internet price on a 2012 Mazda 3 and took a 40 minute ride out to CJ Wilson Mazda in Orland Park. Test drove the car Feb 18th with my teenage daughter. She loved it so we sat down to work out a deal. This is when I learned the price was $1,440.00 more than advertised. I told the sales person (Krystal) that the added cost wasn't anywhere on their AD or website and that I didn't want the "certification" on what I believed was reliable car. She indicated that it could probably be removed but she'd need to confirm this with her sales manager Jack Howe. That's when the games truly began. When I insisted on the advertised price her sales manager refused. He then came over and asked me if I was a "mechanic" before agreeing to split the certification cost with me. Since my daughter liked the car and was sitting there with me I decided to bite my tongue and continue rather than walk. The sales manager then tried to swindle me with inflated interest rates and unnecessary "Gap Insurance" costs. Krystal was a wonderful sales person. However, the pushy sales manager was unethical, absolutely trying to take advantage of my daughter's attachment to the car. I'm fortunate to have stellar credit and never have had to experience this type of dirty dealing. Certainly didn't expect it from a big name dealership. Before posting this, I tried to share this complaint with upper management but they failed to contact me. Interestingly I see that other negative reviews have some very similar complaints. There's many honest car dealerships out there. Spend your money elsewhere. I did ! More

Moe, my sales consultant, was extremely patient with me and never made me feel as though any of my questions about the CX5 were stupid or insignificant. He was never pushy but always exceedingly friendly and calm. If I run into anyone searching for a car new or used I will certainly send them to Moe E. He was truly one in a million when it comes to good salesmanship. The entire dealership was very comforting. More

Sandy was very upfront and knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions promptly; she even gave me her cell # to call/text after hours (very handy as I work 2nd shift at a hospital and am not always easy to reach.) Even though I was outvoted by the rest of my family on this car, I'd happily recommend CJ Wilson of Orland Park based on my interactions with Sandy alone. More

Pressure free purchase. A couple months ago I purchased a brand new 2015 Mazda 6 from this dealership and I must say I'm very happy with it so far. The dealership is clean in and out and the personnel is nice. My sales consultant was Dan Stelmach and I need to say he was probably the best car salesman I have ever met , with a lot of knowledge about cars while being very nice and helpful. Dan gave me a detailed test drive told me all I needed to know about the car I was interested in and also made it clear what the payments would look like. The Best part about the purchase is the fact that it was a pressure free experience and they also helped me with my old broke down car and took it of my hands still giving me a respectable trade in. All in all I'm very happy with this dealership and my new Mazda and will be coming back for maintenance and service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

A bad situation that turned out good I would have given this dealership 5 stars had we of had a better sales rep. My husband and I have been searching for a car for me for 3 months now. A I would have given this dealership 5 stars had we of had a better sales rep. My husband and I have been searching for a car for me for 3 months now. After seeing the great prices online we decided to check out the dealership. Instead of going in first we just walked around outside lot to find the 3 cars we were interested in. After being outside for a good 30 minutes (and at this time not ONE person came out to help, and if you know sales personel they are usually all over that). We went in to speak to someone. The sales rep that greeted us did NOT seem to know much at all. After asking numerous questions on the 3 vehicles we just got back one worded responses. I really really wanted one of the cars so my husband spent a good hour looking at it. At this time the sales rep did not show us one thing on the vehicle, did not explain the features or saftey (and I have shopped for cars in the past, they usually overload you with good things about the car your interested in). Luckily my husband did his research for these vehicles and knew the safety features on them. At one point, the sales rep handed us 3 keys to the 3 cars we were looking at and said take them for a ride, wow much help thanks. Anyways, during the purchasing process the rep could not answer my simple questions. There were 2 cars I narrowed my interest in, one was white with 40,000 miles ($12,350) and one was silver 40,000 miles ($11,900). I fell in love with the white one so I simply asked why one vehicle was more money with the same exact miles and same exact year, the response I got, and I quote "get the silver one then"......seriously??? I asked this 3 times how they do their price strategy and all I got all 3 times was, "get the silver one then". Anyways, we ended up buying the white one and once I got it home around 10pm that night I realized there were NO POWER LOCKS. So I purchased a vehicle that was more money than the other one and I have no power lock doors. Yes, half of this is my fault for not literally CHECKING this in the first place, but had I of had a sales rep that DID HIS JOB CORRECTLY I wouldn't have bought the vehicle. So moving forward, I was pretty upset. I know my rights and I know I had 3 days to return this vehicle. My husband called this dealership for 2 days leaving messages and messages and we did not hear back, not one phone call. On the third day I called and FINALLY got through to someone. The manager, I believe his name was Chris, was very very very helpful and if it wasn't for him offering the incentives he offered and apologized like no other, the car would have been returned and this review would be at a 0-1 stars. So I want to thank CHRIS for doing what he did for us and making this situation a very very good one. In the end, I believe CJ Wilson of Mazda is an honorable deaalership, I think we just got stuck with the worst sales person, not even sure how he has a job in that field, he was not ONE bit of help. I would definetly recommend this dealership, their online prices do not lie, they are very very reasonable and they do what it takes to keep a customer when something like this goes wrong. This is my first Mazda vehicle, and I can honestly say, it wont be my last. More
