He contacted me after I submitted my information online, regularly keeping in touch with me, rescheduling multiple times due to my schedule, always graciously. He was right there at the door of the dealership when I walked in. He consistently worked with me and finance, going back and forth to get me in my CX-9 Signature that I love. He even sent me a congratulations email the following day!! The fabulous plus with Otis is that he is very personable. I enjoyed our conversations as finance worked their magic. I don't remember the name of the man in finance who worked on my behalf with a couple of finance organizations, back and forth on the phone with them, to get me to the monthly payment that I needed. That was truly appreciated as well! I went into a different Mazda dealership and left feeling like my business didn't matter due to the way the salesperson and the finance individual at the dealership treated me. I had even reached out to Chevy dealers because I didn't know if I wanted to give Mazda my money. Otis and CJ Mazda in Orland Park have turned me into a loyal Mazda customer. Heated Seats Rudy communicated to me that Both seat heaters were working and only the Driverseat was when I picked up my car. The same as when I dropped it off. As of today only the Driver Seat is heating, not the passenger seat. I was told that he ordered me 2 new seat heaters. How can that possibly be the case if the passenger seat is not working?? More

The negotiation experience was fairly easy to get her in the price range she needed to be at, and a car that wasn't stripped down. Jake helped her choose the right options and was extremely knowledgeable about Mazda's product making it easier to understand all the features on the car. She is very excited about her entire experience. Kris the General Manager was very helpful in locating her car from another dealership very quickly as they did not have the exact one for her in their inventory. Kris was also kind enough to add on the Ziridium protection package at no cost along with 3 free oil changes, something no other dealer was willing to offer, this really helps financially since she is a recent college grad. I would recommend this Dealership to friends and family. More

Instantly I was surprised, and happy, to see a dea I came into the CJ Wilson Mazda Dealership with little expectation, hoping to leave with a new car. Instantly I was surprised, and happy, to see a dealership with an environment unlike the normal, stuffy, business suit dealerships. From the girl at reception to the passing workers, and especially from salesman Brad Price, I was welcomed and made to feel extremely comfortable. Brad took into consideration every one of my car needs and preferences, was incredibly easy to talk with while waiting for various things, he commuted to make sure I left with a car I was happy and comfortable with. He even stayed over 2 hours later than scheduled to make sure everything went smooth. I can't thank everyone, and especially Brad, enough for taking the time and care to find me my Mazda CX5 and to help me in making my decision. The CJ Wilson Orland Park location isn't just a dealership to me, it's a place I want to hang out at all the time! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. More
