MY Experience at your dealership On Aug. 25 I brought my 2004 Mazda in for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew something else was wrong because every time I would start the car On Aug. 25 I brought my 2004 Mazda in for an oil change and tire rotation. I knew something else was wrong because every time I would start the car I had a puff of white smoke out of the exhaust. It wasn't too long before Edyta Valfre notified me that the mechanic also had seen the white smoke and asked if I would authorize the cost to locate the problem. Your employe then made many trips to let me know that the PCV valve was the problem. She kept me informed as to the progress, however, your parts department did not have the PCV valve in stock and they would have to have someone get it from another source. Once the part was installed, the car was clean and ready to go. Your employe kept me posted which I appreciated. Thank you. More

Our visit started with an internet request for pricing. They had the best prices in the Chicago area. When we arrived, we met with Brian. He was knowledgeable about the car but very laid back. Since we had upfront pricing there were no hassles or seemingly endless negotiations. Paperwork was wrapped up quickly with a business manager, Mike, who again did not attempt to pressure sell us extra stuff. He discussed some great options available to us. We left he dealership in awe of how easy and enjoyable this experience was. More

I had a number that I knew I could afford and had to work with that. Everyone at CJ Wilson was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all. Our sales person was Kristal Smith. A lovely lady who was very nice and helpful. The manager who worked with the numbers and financial gentleman were also helpful. The whole process was quite painless and before you know it , I had a new car. Thanks for all your help. Now I just have to learn all it's modern technology! More

Alignment I purchased my car from CJ Mazda 6 weeks ago and felt the was something not right. While driving on the highway the car would sway to much for my com I purchased my car from CJ Mazda 6 weeks ago and felt the was something not right. While driving on the highway the car would sway to much for my comfort. The service department was very nice in making time for me to bring the car in after work for them to check the tires, etc. I was then told that they recommend I let them take it to check the alignment. To my shock I initially was told this would cost me $50 as CJ Mazda does not have the alignment equipment. I wish I was informed of this when I bought the car. On a more positive note I commend Oscar Ortiz for his exceptional service and understanding. As I was very frustrated when told this would cost me $50 just to check if the car alignment was off, which by the way it was! He was very professional and took care of getting the alignment taken care of for me at no cost. More
