Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way make sure we were taken care of. We traveled from Ohio to purchase the car but worked out all of the details over the phone with Mike Hackett. He did an excellent job of working with us to ensure everything was finalized prior to arriving. When we arrived we worked with Dan Stelmach and he did an excellent job of getting the car ready for us to take home and showing us about all of the features in our new CX-9. We also worked with Jack Howe and Kris Krawoski and they were both extremely helpful and pleasant as well. We were extremely satisfied with our overall experience with CJ Wilson Mazda. We hoped to here from him by Monday but we're happily surprised with a call Sunday morning on his day off. We drove 1.5 hours to buy from this people and will be sure to do it again, even just for simple maintenance. More

Was prepared to purchase after 5 hours when I was notified that the car that was described was in fact not the car that I had chosen and it would be a longer wait to receive the vehicle. Decided to go with a different model in the preferred color and year, but to my knowledge was still not the exact car that was described, being the touring with tech package or at least some additional features as it was described to me as being fully loaded. Still have not received a response from the sales associate nor the general manager, which both emailed me right away regarding any concerns I had about the vehicle, which I do. I had heard and read good reviews about this dealership, but now after purchasing a vehicle from them and receiving no response or acknowledgment, I highly doubt I will be a returning customer. More

Great car and great price but dealer snuck in Dealer Options First off, the car is great. I drove it home in the pouring rain and all was great. I think I got a good car at a good price. However, as you might know one really is not sure how good a car is for about a year. Anything can happen... I would like to discuss the "glass etching" item that showed up without my request on the bill. Not sure what that was about but I neither requested it nor can understand who would. You skipped through that quickly in the office and when my wife asked about it you said something like "it is in the price". Well, of course we assumed (foolishly) that is was "in the price that was given to us on the sticker" but apparently not. This is the first Mazda we have bought and (no kidding) we were planning to buy a 6 in the future if this car is too small. This gives us pause. We also requested that someone look at the brakes as they were pulsing. We were told numerous times that it was because of the rust on the rotors but that, of course, does not cause pulsing; grinding yes, but not pulsing. We got no resolution. Now I have to see if the warranty covers it or will have to pay for it myself. This is all a shame as well. The price was good and we didn't even negotiate. We asked only for a second key and the removal of an offensive gear shift knob (6th gear said "f'n fast" if you can believe that). This could have been the easiest sale ever but now I have a bad taste in my mouth. I do request you reimburse me for the window etching. I neither ordered it nor want it. Update! I got another call just recently from their "customer service" department. They seemed to be truly sorry for the window etching and offered to refund the full price. Good deal! They also apologized for the gear shift knob. I had the brakes fixed locally for $300 so if I add that to the price of the car, I still got a good deal. If you buy from these guys just watch for the window etching! Update! I received the check for the unwanted window etching about 2 weeks after the intial contact. Awesome! I also checked with my insurance company (country companies) and they do NOT give a discount for the etching... More
