Average Came in for scheduled oil change. Customer service was friendly until after I paid. After check out I was told to go out the door and my car was somew Came in for scheduled oil change. Customer service was friendly until after I paid. After check out I was told to go out the door and my car was somewhere to the left. Once I found my car, in the cold by activating the alarm, I reviewed my receipt more and found they had written me up for a complimentary car wash for having my vehicle serviced. My car was not washed. I had to search for a service member, he said he had to talk to someone. After another 25 mins my car was brought back to me with soap on my windshield and grill. The car was "cleaner". I usually do not have issues with this service center but I felt less cared for this visit. Prices here are slightly higher then other locations closer to my home. I come here for the good service and complimentary car wash. I would like to continue servicing my vehicle with Mazda and hope I am treated better next time around. More

Basically they post a really low price, or a fair price, then surprise you with an extra $1,600 charge because the car is "certified pre-owned". It's a de facto forced extended warranty. Then once you get in the finance room, they sneak in extra add-on warranties for only $50 or so extra a month. It is probably a ripoff. Anyhow this isn't much different than other dealerships. I only went here because they had the exact car I wanted. Overall good experience. They did get me a great finance deal with only 2 hard inquires. But I do have good credit. More
