I was told that it was because the oil change was due and they reset it. well within a few days the light was on again. I went back in to buy a new tire in October and told them the engine light goes on once and a while still. After they replaced the tire I didn't have time to wait for them to check the light, but he told me when I come in for an oil change they will look at it. I asked if I still had a free oil change left, he said yes. I returned December, and after my car was finished, I was told the oil change was not free which was upsetting because I just received a Castrol $10 in the mail but didn't bring it in because I thought it was free, and also was told the engine light was on because my tires needed to be rotated and because I was due for this oil change. I was told everything was reset. Anyway the next day my engine light went on again. and still goes on from time to time. I'm guessing no one actually took the time to find out why More
Best Experience Ever at an Auto Dealer I bought my Mazda CX-5 on the 24th of November. I had heard of how great the people were at this dealership from a friend of mine. It was no doubt the I bought my Mazda CX-5 on the 24th of November. I had heard of how great the people were at this dealership from a friend of mine. It was no doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dan and Brian made sure to help me as best as they could and were able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Purchasing a vehicle is a very important decisions, and my wife and I were very pleased with how thorough Dan was at going through the sales process, including talking to our insurance company answering questions we were unsure about. Brian ran through all the financial options with us and gave great explanations and examples and even offered advice from personal experience. I love my purchase and my wife and I are very happy with the experience that was provided at this dealership, and will most definitely direct any of my friends interested in buying a Mazda to Dan and Brian. More

xxxx poor service So, I bought a BRAND NEW car from the Orland park location last week. The process seemed rushed and the sales guy never told me about the services I w So, I bought a BRAND NEW car from the Orland park location last week. The process seemed rushed and the sales guy never told me about the services I would get with my purchase. I heard them vaguely mentioned by the financial manager (who was great), but they were never gone over with me by anyone else (i.e first 3 oil changes are covered). I was also told I get 4 months of free Sirius XM radio, however, that service was not set up for me either. Other dealerships make sure that service is set up before you roll off the lot. Later that night, I called my sales guy and asked him to ship my trade in's plates to me since they were left on the car and he seemed ok with the request. Then, 2 days later I noticed that my car stopped heating up. The heat would produce the same luke warm temperature at 61 degrees as 90 degrees after warming up for 15 minutes and driving around for an additional 45 minutes (I have 2 witnesses). I called the dealership and scheduled a service appointment for my BRAND NEW car 5 days after I purchased it. The morning of my service appointment my heat started working just fine, but I still brought it in for the service appointment only to be told by the mechanic that what I experienced was all in my head. He was extremely rude and condescending. Obviously, I was not thrilled with my experience and let it be known with my customer survey. However, I was mocked by my sales "professional" via text message afterward and found out that he did not ship my plates out as I requested last week and decided to get rid of them without my consent (I went ahead and posted this text message on the CJ Wilson Facebook page). I'm extremely disappointed in my experience. As a young professional with many contacts, I will be sure to sway everyone away from this dealership. I have gotten in contact with Mazda USA to share my poor experience. More
