Before I drove off the lot with my new car, he helped me inspect it to see if there were things I might be concerned with. And also reviewed and helped to set up/program the equipment inside the car. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Has followed up to see if I am still happy with my purchase and having fun with my new car.
