Read the small print! Ok lets capture this.. Purchased a brand new Miata was told the first oil change was free. But actually that was within the first 12 months only as it Ok lets capture this.. But actually that was within the first 12 months only as it expires and they punish buyers for not driving their car and you know.. actually loving it. -Read the fine print! Second. It was a $69 oil change that would have been half that at any other facility. Which I thought was high but then when I went to pay it, they even tacked on an additional $1 for topping off the wiper fluid lol so bending us over for a $69 oil change wasn't enough. I mean come on. The carwash they included looked like it was done by someone using their boot as a sponge. Just horrible. The showroom is destroyed from construction so the waiting area is an embarrassment right now. So all in all. I paid more than double of what I should have for the same service. A junky carwash and an hour and a half of my life to do what a better shop would have done in 20 minutes. No, this turned my stomach about pretty much the bait and switch, overpriced service for what a 15 year old could do and a showroom that was more an embarrassment than enticing me to ever come back. More

Impeccable Service & Genuine Concern I came in ready to spend, but Sandy advised on taking time to think about it. The following week I came in with a TrueCar quote, which they already had at the ready. In the end I didn't bother with haggling the final price too much; as a consumer, I probably should have. The customer service was outstanding, so I felt no need to. That extra money I could have shaved off served as payment for the customer service. Being in sales myself, it should be expected and not necessarily rewarded on top of base costs. But, I have no regrets. Dealing with pompous salesmen trying to make you buy every possible option/accessory/warranty ruins the entire purchasing experience. I just came in to buy some eggs, but now I can't leave unless I also buy milk/toilet paper/Ziploc bags/bacon? There was no pressure here. Matter of fact, they questioned whether I really should spend the extra money on the higher trim and some of the options that I wanted (not needed). They were looking out for me. The entire experience felt as though I was dealing with my parents or a close, responsible relative. "We know you can afford it, but you should probably save that money for something else." Another plus was the fact that I wasn't harassed day and night with phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages. They offered what they could, and let me ponder it without following up 3 times a day via every communication mode available. I legitimately expected (25% chance) some other dealerships' salesmen to show at my doorstep one day. I've always done basic car maintenance myself (oil changes, tranny/steering/cooling flushes, etc.). Instead of insisting I bring my car to the dealership, their service rep gave me tips for working on Mazdas. Certainly will heavily consider dealing with CJ Wilson again in the future, as long as Mazda's products stay true to the driver's experience and Sandy's still there. Oh, the car's great too. More

I knew I wanted the car so I didn't need to be persuaded; Naseem never pressured my decision, was willing to work with me on trade-in and financing options, and Jorge patiently answered some of my dumb questions. Very good experience. I was quite happy with the service. Very courteous service agent. She told me it would be an hour. I had a chance to get a bagel and coffe from the ar I was quite happy with the service. Very courteous service agent. She told me it would be an hour.
