Great work at a fair price I brought my vehicle in for recall service. They performed the services requested and gave me some recommendations. I did go through with the recommended work and my car runs perfect now. It has not ran this great in a while the service advisor and mechanic were both very informative and looked out for my investment with out a high pressure sales pitch. The price was great! Brandon Baldeshwiler worked with me, and he did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted and needed and coming up with options and some new possibilities to consider. I had been shopping for about six months and had visited several other dealerships, but this dealership was the one I chose to make and close the deal. Everyone was friendly and Brandon seemed to enjoy the negotiation process as much as I did. I am very satisfied with the service and deal I received. At other dealerships, people were either too pushy or wanted to be my friend and earn my trust. The latter is great, but one dealership in particular thought that earning my trust meant that they wouldn't have to haggle or bargain with me to close the sale, and their "best offer" didn't come close to the offer CJ Wilson ultimately offered and the willingness Brandon and CJ Wilson exhibited in making sure I got an offer I couldn't refuse. More

A "Day" Well Spent Came in to have my new Mazda CX-3 receive interior and exterior conditioning/treatment. We came in a week before March madness and Hello Mazada of Orland Park, I will say this was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car. We came in a week before March madness and Darrell grabbed a porter to bring around a Mazda CX3 for us to test drive. It was extremely busy that day, but he was professional answered our questions and got us out on our test drive. I loved the car and after test driving the Jeep Renegade and the Honda HRV. I honestly think it was the best one for the price point we had in mind. Darrell shot me a few text to answer questions about the car during the weeks of me being a March Madness widow. Darrell agreed to chat with us about the CX3 when we came back to the dealership. Over that time the easy to use website directed us to the the 2016 CX3 that was fully load. We came in on a Saturday to look at the one they had in inventory. Darrell checked to make sure purchasing the certified preowned was less than the current deals they had on the new vehicles. I appreciated that and it made me feel like we were people and not just buyers. Darrell made sure we had the car fax on the car was able to quickly get us in to finance. While we were waiting he had the rack and rails put on eliminating having to come back. Darrell pointed out a rip in the driver seat and set us up with a time to get it fixed. I felt that Darrell listened to our needs and provided excellent customer service. He reviewed the car with me in great detail taking the time to show me how to sync my phone and how to use all the technology that was on the car. Darrell, me and my husband really appreciated all your efforts and hard work in getting the car cleaned up and getting us out the door. Thank you for making us feel like customers and not just buyers. Justin I did not forget about you. Me and my husband were equally impressed by your ability to hear our needs and give us what we were asking . You explained everything we signed thoroughly and answered all questions we had with great ease. Thank you for speaking to me as I have had the experience where the finance people only spoke to my husband. I would say the overall experience was excellent. Thank you both.
