Jorge came up to the waiting room and told me my battery was becoming weaker and he had some corrosion so we decided to replace it. I complained about the batteries in my key fobs upon arrival. I had just had new batteries put in by the service department a few months ago. He had them checked out free of charge. He also suggested I get a loaner car because the part was supposed to be coming in for a recall job. We were not sure whether the part was call me now and so I went home and he called me later and said it did come in. He set aside a loaner car for me upon my arrival. This was all on a Friday. My car received the recall work on Saturday morning and I returned with the loaner. More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A CPO USED VEHICLE I HAD PURCHASED. IT WAS HARD TO DETECT AND HARD TO IDENTIFY. I DEALT WITH PETER ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS, AND SER I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A CPO USED VEHICLE I HAD PURCHASED. IT WAS HARD TO DETECT AND HARD TO IDENTIFY. I DEALT WITH PETER ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS, AND SERVICE PERSONNEL ADRIAN, GEORGE, RUDY AND MY SALESMAN DAN STELMACH. DAN IS TOP NOTCH AND DIRECTED ME TO THE PROPER SERVICE PERSONNEL. ADRIAN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO IDENTIFY AND FIX MY CONCERN. HE EVEN PROVIDED ME A LOANER SO HIS TEAM COULD SPEND MORE TIME TROUBLESHOOTING AND GET ME ON MY WAY SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT. ADRIAN CALLED ME A FEW HOURS LATER AND SAID THEY IDENTIFIED AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. AS IT WAS FRIDAY, I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS CALL UNTIL MONDAY. WE TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND THEY DID FIND IT, AND REPAIRED IT. I SHARED WITH THEM I WAS TAKING A ROAD TRIP AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I COULD MAKE MY TRIP WITH CONFIDENCE. I'M 62 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PEOPLE IN A SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO BUSINESS WITH. THANK YOU. I'LL BE BACK AND RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS REPAIRS!!!!!! Just ok I travelled to CJ Wilson Mazda to have a safety recall performed on my vehicle, as well as an oil change, or so I thought. The service representative, I travelled to CJ Wilson Mazda to have a safety recall performed on my vehicle, as well as an oil change, or so I thought. The service representative, George, was very pleasant and welcoming. I appreciated his customer service. However, when I went upstairs to wait for my husband, I wanted some tea. I attempted to figure out their coffee/tea machine to no avail. I was hoping there were instructions or someone nearby that I could ask, but neither was an option. Lastly, I have had oil changes done on several vehicles over the years, yet I have NEVER paid almost $70!!! I did not get the oil change, I decided on the recall instead of the oil change. I will go to another location for that service. I did appreciate the car wash once my vehicle was done. Overall, I see the potential for the building, however, I will more than likely not return for any service due to the pricing. More

What I did like about the CJ dealership was Rich Dini. When I spoke to him on the phone to get the process started, saying what I wanted he was very thorough with his questions on what my needs were and what he had on his lot. Went to see him as I said I would although it took some time to get where we needed to be because I was trading in a car,both of us worked on the deal that was best for both parties and my husband and I walked out feeling very good about our experience. He walked us through the dealership introduce this to all the people that were there, such as the parts department and also made an appointment for my first oil change that they take care of free. I will definitely be able to recommend the sales person along with the dealership as well, they go hand in hand. More

Great Experience I was a first time new car buyer and had a great experience working with Brandon, Jack, and Justin. Brandon took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a great job explaining everything about the car I was looking to purchase. Negotiation process was hassle free; I got a better offer here than any other dealership. Also, appreciated Brandon taking the time to introduce me to the service and parts managers at CJ Wilson Mazda. Justin was a extremely helpful and informative when getting all of my financing and title/registration set-up. Jack, sales manager, introduced himself and stopped by from time to time to see how I was doing; never had that happen at other dealerships I visited. Overall, I had a great experience and received the best deal I could find comparable to other dealers. I am very thankful for the friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable staff at CJ Wilson Mazda.
