Friendly patience. I recently needed preventative maintaince on my car. The dealership I normally went to was affected by the strike. I called CJ Wilson. Their mechanics were not out of work So I scheduled my appointment. The employees in the service department are extremely nice, explained everything to me, it was extremely fast (maybe 35 minutes? Based off of tv show playing in lounge) I will be returning. They were awesome. More

Our first Mazda3 we bought from Brandon, and it was his dedication in making sure we were happy with our purchase as well as the payment, that we came back with intentions of becoming a loyal customer and making another purchase that day. Even the Finance Manager Justin, took the time to explain the little things in detail about our new CX3. We were able to test drive 3 different models and choose the one that best suited our families needs. Adrian stays on top of our service needs so i dont have to worry about missing an oil change or inspection. Thanks to everyone at CJ Wilson Mazda Orland Park! More

From the initial phone conversations to working through a couple of hurdles, even spending time in the finance office, I always felt appreciated and more like a friend rather than simply a business transaction. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda3 from the CJ Wilson’s in Orland Park and wanted to write a review to help out future buyers. I went to multiple dea I recently purchased a 2017 Mazda3 from the CJ Wilson’s in Orland Park and wanted to write a review to help out future buyers. I went to multiple dealerships in the Chicagoland area looking for a specific color, model, and make. Out of every dealership, the ONLY reason I went with CJ Mazda was because they had the exact car I wanted. To begin, I called on the morning of a showing to see if the car was still available after seeing it online. I was told the car I had wanted was there and that I was scheduled for a showing later that night. When I arrived at the dealership, the person I scheduled the showing with wasn’t there and neither was the car I wanted to see. After a few hours of questions and similar car test drives, I signed the papers to purchase the new car. While negotiating prices and deals with Jack like any normal car buyer would, he told my parents “this isn’t a charity” when we tried to make a deal on the navigation being discounted. Jack was very rude and disrespectful during the whole process, not only to me but to my parents was well. They then told me the car would not be in until tomorrow morning and I could come pick it up before work, but as for the night I wouldn’t have a car. They then proceeded to tell me I could have a rental car for the night, and that quickly got withdrawn after they found I wasn’t 21 and no other compensation was offered. Luckily, my parents drove me to the dealership and could bring me the next day to pick up the car. The next day came, and I never received a phone call telling me my car was in so by lunch time, I had to call the dealership myself. Jack, one of the managers (you’ll know him by his lack of professional attire), told me that the car wouldn’t be ready until after I started work and I would need to come in the second day after purchase to pick up my new car. The next day, I called and told them I would be at the dealership at 1 to sign papers for my new car. When I arrived at the dealership, my plates were not on the car, the car wasn’t wash, my GPS chip wasn’t in the car, and none of the papers were ready to go. After three hours of waiting to sign my papers and the “final touches” for my car, I was late to work but finally had my new car. After coming home from work, my low tire pressure light came and this clearly meant they had not checked the tire pressures before handing over the car. Overall, the whole experience was tiring, unprofessional, rude, and long. Clearly, CJ Wilson did not care about me as a customer, but only cared about the sale and money they were getting. I will never buy another car from this dealership. More
First New Car I flew to the Chicago area to help my daughter buy her first car. Long story short, Sandy and the dealership were first rate. Good price and very re I flew to the Chicago area to help my daughter buy her first car. Long story short, Sandy and the dealership were first rate. Good price and very responsive to inquiries. The best part was after we had made the deal and went to pick up the car. Sandy took well over an hour showing my daughter about the car, test driving the car and explaining maintenance items and upkeep. This is after the sale! I had told my daughter many of the same things, but It was obvious that she put a lot of stock in what Sandy said. Highly recommended. More

We contacted 4 dealers to ask for their best price on a CX-3, and Sandy was the only one who was responsive. She was very friendly over the phone, and when we first met in person, she was personable and took the time to explain different features on the car. Many salespeople do not bother taking the time to explain the car and its features after they've made their sale; even though I'd already committed to the purchase, Sandy walked me through the car's information and entertainment system and encouraged me to take a test drive so that she could answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend working with Sandy Tydd. More
