I visited the Mazda service desk today and had an unpleasant experience with William, one of the associates. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue with him. His attitude and lack of customer service skills are concerning. It's clear he doesn't enjoy his work, which reflects poorly on the company. Last time, he apologized when I picked up my vehicle, mentioning his mom overheard him on the phone, but the same behavior persists. I hope the management addresses this, as it's important for the reputation of the company. More

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Mazda of Orange. As you can see I gave it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Our sales person Adrian was awesome along with his manager Tony. It took us about 2 hours to get to the dealership since we had a bit of a drive to get to there. He was in constant contact with us fro manager Tony. It took us about 2 hours to get to the dealership since we had a bit of a drive to get to there. He was in constant contact with us from start to finish. Once we got to the dealership Adrian had the car brought to the front so we could see it and drive it. We were very satisfied with the car so we continued to finalize the deal. Adrian gets my full satisfaction. Next, the one thing I was not very happy about was how the dealership tried to upsale unnecessary items like celojet, rims and tires warranty, keys and fob replacement warranty, extended warranty, gps, alarm system and the list keeps going. I was told that some of these items were already applied to the car so it wasn't reversible. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that those items should be the customers choice if they want them to be added to the vehicle and loan. I was ready to walk away from the deal and by some miracle the list of items dwendled down considerably. Bobby, my finance person was great also. He explained everything in detail. Sorry for all the questions Bobby. I would have given this review the full 5 stars but I was not happy with how the dealership was trying to add all the additional unnecessary items to my loan in the beginning. My suggestion to the actual dealership would be to let the customer choose what they want to have added to their loan. This way it doesn't feel like you are trying to get over on the customer. More
