When I decided to make the drive, she arranged for test drives of all the cars I was interested in. During the buying process, I could tell she was new as she relied more on her supervisor in regard to some of the details of the purchase, but was always cordial and patient. And it didn't hurt that she was easy on the eyes! I did experience some inconsistencies within the team regarding some details (is this any surprise?). Fortunately, the general sales manager sent me an email the day after my purchase inviting me to ask him any questions about my purchase. Since I had some, he cleared up my confusion over the pricing and options. He certainly put me at ease when I learned that I got a better deal than I realized. Other than a somewhat unhappy receptionist, the team was friendly and easy to work with. But more importantly, I found the car and color I wanted and apparently at a good price. My only recommendation is that they provide a more detailed worksheet with all the costs and options that went into the monthly lease amount, along with any discounts. I would have walked away without any concerns/questions had that happened. More
