She was not pushy, respectful of my budget and patient. And Bobby in finance was very professional. Could see by my extremely low annual miles he couldnt honestly sell me a maintenance plan that made sense. But, did give me a great deal on extended warranty based on me planning to keep this car many years, and, how cars are made and expensiive to repair, i got a great deal on a extended warranty. Most importantly, I declined thr antitheft system. He said since I park in car port and other threats he gave me the antitheft for free! Very caring. Before I left, the Dealership Manager ca²me out to thank me for my business. Top notch! More
