I was the worst experience of my car shopping and I have purchased many cars in my years. Everything from range of the battery to tires and features of the car were misrepresented. I was adamant to only run purchased many cars in my years. Everything from range of the battery to tires and features of the car were misrepresented. I was adamant to only run one credit inquiry on my report and the salesman assured of that but later I found out there were five hard inquiries were run. He told me the car was under warranty and we found out at finance that it was out of warranty. When I reached out to their sales manager , they only thing that he offered me was to give me a "second delivery" a term that I had never heard of before and when I asked what it meant he said he was willing to explain the features of the car to me again as a form of compensation. I will never use this dealership again and I encourage everyone to do their due diligence if you have to use this dealership. More
